📌 3-Month Minimum Commitment Required

Recurring housekeeping appointments require a minimum 3-month service commitment. This allows us to reserve dedicated time in our schedule and provide consistent service to our clients.

⏰ Arrival Window

While we strive to arrive as scheduled, please allow a reasonable arrival window. Traffic, weather, previous appointments, and client requests may occasionally affect exact arrival times.

💳 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling:
• 48+ hours notice: No fee (subject to availability)
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service cost

Cancellations:
• More than 7 days notice: No fee
• Less than 7 days notice: 50% of scheduled service cost
• Less than 48 hours notice or same-day cancellation: 100% of scheduled service cost

🔒 Lockouts / No Access

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full scheduled service cost will be charged.

🐾 Pets

We love pets! For everyone's safety, please notify us of any pets in the home and secure any animals that may be uncomfortable with visitors.

🧹 Service Notes

Our recurring housekeeping service focuses on maintaining your home's cleanliness and condition. Homes requiring significant catch-up cleaning, excessive clutter, heavy buildup, or deferred maintenance may require an initial deep cleaning before recurring service can begin.
